Who I am
Hi, I'm Toni Marie Reed, and I’ve been on a fitness journey for over 12 years now. It’s been a ride filled with ups, downs, and everything in between. I first stepped into the gym when I was around 20 years old, trying to find my footing in the fitness world. And over the years, I’ve experienced so many different versions of what fitness looks like.
After having my daughter, I found myself at almost 300 pounds. I worked hard, stayed dedicated, and lost 60 pounds. But then, like so many others, COVID-19 happened. Over the span of 3 to 4 years, I gained back around 35 of those pounds. It was a tough realization, but I jumped in front of myself and made the decision to stop the spiral before it went too far. Now, I’m back on track and closer than ever to reaching my all-time goal.
But here’s the thing—this journey has been about so much more than just the scale. The years have taught me the importance of finding what works for you, not just with workouts, but with nutrition, lifestyle, and even hygiene routines. The changes in my body have shaped how I approach health, fitness, and daily living.
That’s why I started this podcast. To be a resource, a motivation, and an outlet for anyone on their own wellness journey. Whether you’re hustling toward fitness goals, healing your body and mind, or working on your glow up—I’m here to help you find what works for you.
